IIGS Eluminator setup issues

Hi, I'm trying to get a good Apple II eliminator. I downloaded the KEGS 32, and now I need the ROM 01, but when I try to extract it, I get an error saying the file is corrupt. Could someone please help me get a good file so I can use the Apple II eliminator?
