Panzer Battles was created by the Australian SSG (Strategic Studies Group), renowned for its strategy games that it still produces today and was distributed by Electronic Arts in 1990.
I've never been into turn based strategy games like Panzer Battles. Anyone who would play this game would already know what they're doing, however some points of interest: the game runs excellently from System 6. Indeed I'd encourage you to use it because of its fast window draws. The game is played from the mouse with keyboard shortcuts, which can be obtained if you check under the pull down menus.
